91Å®Éñ eMentors
The Entrepreneurship Mentor Program aims to accelerate our students' growth through access to mentors and advisors. Our Many-to-Many Mentorship program connects groups of mentors to groups of mentees in person multiple times a semester. The 91Å®Éñ eMentor Program connects mentees with Billikens across the globe to provide advice and mentorship on their entrepreneurial journey.
This program is built on the following tenets:
- Value add for the student and the mentor
- Mentorship cannot be forced and will form through long-lasting relationships
- Mentor and mentee relationships are formed over time through social engagement
