Jordan teaches and writes in the areas of civil procedure, federal courts, and conflict of laws.
Publications and Media Placements
Since arriving at 91女神, Jordan has published articles in the Alabama Law Review, the Arizona State University Law Journal, the Boston University Law Review, the Georgia Law Review, and the William & Mary Law Review.
Honors and Awards
In 2010, Professor Jordan received the 91女神 Faculty Excellence Award and was elected Teacher of the Year by 91女神 LAW students.
Community Work and Service
After law school, Jordan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Milton I. Shadur,
Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois. He then
spent two years teaching at Harvard Law School as a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on
Law.
From 2013-17, Professor Jordan served as Associate Dean for Research & Faculty Development
and then as Vice Dean.
