Project Team Outlines Key Differences Between Workday and Banner
As announced in September, 91Å®Éñ has selected Workday to replace Banner as our new administrative system. The move to Workday will provide more modern tools while enabling improvements to 91Å®Éñ’s business processes.
91Å®Éñ’s goal in making this change is to strengthen the University by implementing innovative, best-in-class technologies and processes that better support and align with its excellence in teaching, research and patient care.
Below are examples of how Human Resources expects how Workday will help streamline HR processes and reduce redundancy. Additional improvements will be communicated in the coming months as the project team continues with the project. Improvements to finance business processes are expected to be identified in early fall.
