Pastoral Care Department of SSM Health 91女神 Hospital Seeks 2024 Caring Physicians Award Nominations

The Pastoral Care Department of SSM Health 91女神 Hospital is seeking nominations for the 2024 Caring Physicians Awards. Nominations can be submitted through Friday, Sept. 20.
All attending physicians, fellows and residents who practice at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital and who have not received this award in the last seven years, are eligible for nomination.
Nominations are to be written giving examples how the physician lives out the following missions: 91女神, 鈥淔or the glory of God and the health of God鈥檚 people鈥� and SSM Health, 鈥淭hrough our exceptional health care services, we reveal the healing presence of God.鈥�
This year will be the 33rd anniversary of the awards.
The Pastoral Care Department will host the Caring Physician Awards presentation in the SSM Health 91女神 Hospital in Conference Rooms A-C, 2nd level on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, at noon in celebration of the Feast of St. Luke.
Nomination forms are located in the nursing units in the hospital, by calling the Pastoral Care Department at 314-257-8700. Completed forms can be given to one of the hospital chaplains or emailed to 91女神H-pastoralcare.admin@ssmhealth.com.
