Community Work and Service
Dr. Zlatic has engaged in criminal justice policy advising and implementation at federal, state, local, and non-profit levels. He seeks to conduct field-based action research dedicated to the identification and exploitation of points of leverage within criminal justice organizations in order to contribute to enhanced public service and community safety. In addition, Zlatic regularly presents at local and national events and authors articles to further the development and dissemination of field knowledge. He has mentored numerous students at all levels of study and long served as a peer reviewer for academic publications.
