Congratulations on your admission to 91Å®Éñ! We are thrilled to welcome you to the Billiken family. This page serves as a comprehensive checklist of your next steps as an admitted student. Please use it as a reference and contact your admission counselor with any questions.

1. Confirm Your Enrollment

Deposit Online

  1. Log in to your and complete your admission offer form. 
  2. Submit your $500 enrollment deposit online.

Your deposit secures your place in the incoming class and should be submitted once you've decided to attend 91Å®Éñ. If you change your mind, you'll forfeit the deposit. 

2. Get Started in my91Å®Éñ

The portal is your comprehensive online resource. As a new Billiken, you'll use it to enroll in classes, apply for housing, check your 91Å®Éñ email, view billing information and more. 

  1. Find your 91Å®Éñ Net ID, which is located in your under "My Application Info" on the right side of the screen. 
  2. Activate your 91Å®Éñ Net ID and password by following these .

3. See How Your Credits Transfer

As an admitted transfer student, you will receive an official evaluation of transfer credits and a preliminary degree audit. 

Summer and Fall Entry

Evaluations begin in February. Results will be posted to your account up to two weeks after submission. 

Spring Entry

Evaluations begin in October. Results may take up to four weeks to post to your account, depending on internal processing volume.

International Transfer Credit

If you completed courses at an international college or university, additional information is required for your transfer credit evaluation. To request an evaluation, admitted transfer students can send copies of course descriptions or syllabi, translated in English, to articulation@slu.edu

5. Submit Your Housing Preferences

Housing contracts open Feb. 1 for students beginning in the fall and Oct. 1 for students beginning in the spring. They can be accessed via after your enrollment deposit is processed (24-48 hours). Your housing assignment will be based on your submission date. 

If you have not yet completed four semesters of college, you are required to live on 91Å®Éñ's campus. However, you can request an exemption

6. Apply for Financial Aid

You must file your to formally determine your eligibility for state and federal grants and loans. 

  1. Use 91Å®Éñ's FAFSA school code: 002506. 
  2. File by Feb. 1 for priority consideration.

7. Complete Your Placement Test(s)

91Å®Éñ's placement process ensures you start 91Å®Éñ in the appropriate classes. After your enrollment deposit is processed (24-48 hours), complete your test(s) as soon as possible. Your advisor will use your scores to create your schedule.

9. Get Your 91Å®Éñ ID

You'll use your 91Å®Éñ ID to access locations and services around campus, including buildings, parking, meal plans and printing. Check your 91Å®Éñ email for information on how to submit your photo online.

10. Provide Your Health Records and Proof of Insurance

Required Records

Submit your required immunization and screening records to 91Å®Éñ's vaccine portal.

Enroll in 91Å®Éñ's University Health Plan or provide proof of private insurance by submitting 91Å®Éñ's health insurance waiver

11. Submit Your Transcript

Submit your official college transcript(s) before classes start.
