The Billiken Parent and Family Association — of which you are automatically a member when your student enrolls at 91Å®Éñ — will keep you up to date about events and issues that may impact your student's experience at 91Å®Éñ. Together, we’ll support them from the first day to graduation day.

The Billiken Parent and Family Association’s mission is to inform and involve parents to facilitate student success in achieving their goals and the University in achieving its mission, all toward a higher purpose and a greater good.
Goals of the BPFA
- To enhance communication between the University and families of 91Å®Éñ students
- To present feedback to the University on the student and family experience
- To engage families in activities that promote the University and enrich students’ educational development and collegiate experience
- To develop the family community as a resource for the University
- To assist the 91Å®Éñ administration in identifying and encouraging parents, families and others to support the mission of the University

Ways to Volunteer
If you are a Billiken guardian or family member interested in teaming up with other campus partners in programming efforts that have a real impact on your student's life on campus, BPFA offers many opportunities for you to get involved and support 91Å®Éñ's mission. Benefits of working with BPFA include volunteering your time networking with other families, representing BPFA in student support initiatives, participating in fundraising efforts and sharing your talents at career services events. Whether you live near the 91Å®Éñ campus or in another state, your dedication to the University is always welcome!
If you are not ready to volunteer your time, you can still receive regular emailed newsletter updates about events and issues that may impact your student’s experience, including upcoming deadlines and important dates.
You’ll also have the chance to connect with other Billiken Parent and Family Association members at , Fall Welcome events, Family Trivia Night and the Family Basketball Game, to name a few.
Family Networks
Family Networks of the Billiken Parent and Family Association are newly created groups that are active in more than a dozen cities in the United States, facilitating connections among families. These groups coordinate a range of activities, from Billiken basketball watch parties to regional recruitment events, designed to nurture strong bonds between families and the University. The formation of these networks is contingent on interest and participation.
Parents and families are a vital part of 91Å®Éñ’s community. We benefit from your energy and your commitment to student success. We look forward to a partnership with you that lasts beyond your student's academic career.

The Northeast region includes Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington D.C.
