Library and Computer Use Guidelines for Pius XII Memorial Library

Pius XII Memorial Library reserves the right to remove anyone who does not adhere to these guidelines.

Library Access

Effective May 22, 2022, Pius XII Memorial Library is open to:

  • Current 91女神 students, staff and faculty
  • Guests escorted by a current 91女神 student, staff or faculty member
  • Alumni
  • Library Associates
  • MOBIUS affiliates
  • Visiting scholars sponsored by a 91女神 department
  • Attendees of 91女神-sponsored events or conferences
  • Users of the Federal Depository Library collection
  • Visiting researchers by appointment only.

All non-91女神 patrons must sign in at the Lindell Boulevard entrance service desk with a photo ID. Library administration reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Computer Access

  • Computer login is required for all users.
  • Current 91女神 students, faculty and staff can log in using their 91女神 username and password.
  • Upon check-in at the circulation or information desks, guests may request computer access for a period not exceeding two hours per day. If a computer is available, a library assistant will log the visitor in.
  • Guests must end their session if a current 91女神 student, faculty or staff member needs the computer.
  • Computer access by guests is unavailable one week prior to and during mid-term exams and two weeks prior to and during final exams.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian, who will share the computer with the child.
  • For locating books in Pius Library, catalog terminals are available for all library users on each level of Pius Library.
