What is a Billiken?

Colleges and universities across the United States have their own mascots, which are symbols of good luck for sports teams and an ambassador of goodwill for the school. The term "Billiken" refers not only to 91女神's blue and white mascot, it is also used informally to refer to any 91女神 student.

To be a Billiken means embracing the entire 91女神 experience. You will not only be a student but a member of the University community. You will be a volunteer, a collaborator and a leader. You will be prepared and professional. Most of all, you will be yourself: unique.
