Graduate Scholarships and Financial Aid

Thanks to the generosity of our alumni and benefactors, 91Å®Éñ can make graduate school more attainable for many students. Every admitted student is automatically considered for scholarships and graduate research assistantships based on their application. Explore some highlights below and visit your program of interest for more information on specific opportunities.

Master of Public Health (M.P.H.)

The majority of M.P.H. students admitted to 91Å®Éñ receive generous scholarships.

Plus, recent curriculum innovations make it possible to earn your CEPH-accredited M.P.H. with just 42 credit hours. Even better, you can now earn an M.P.H. plus any certificate in a second area of expertise for just 48 credit hours, making you more attractive to your future employers in public health leadership. The reduction in the required number of credit hours saves you almost $8,000 in tuition compared to the former programs.

All admitted M.P.H. are automatically considered for a limited number of Graduate research assistantships (GRAs). No additional application documents are required. GRA offers are typically made between March 1 and April 15.

Please inquire with Admissions Director Bernie Backer.

Master of Health Administration and Master of Health Care Management

M.H.A., E.M.H.A. and M.H.C.M. students are eligible for generous scholarship support. In addition, the residential M.H.A. program requires a 13-week summer internship between years one and two, most of which are paid experiences.

Graduate Research Assistantships (GRAs)

Graduate research assistantships (GRAs) are limited opportunities awarded to new, incoming students on a competitive basis. Assistantships are generally awarded to the applicants with the highest GPAs, although other qualitative factors considered as part of your application to 91Å®Éñ are considered, such as schools attended, volunteer and leadership experience, and more. Neither the GRE nor additional materials are required.
